AQUAMAN Type 53 Torpedo Exposed Engine

I was given the opportunity to 3D model the hero set piece for the Russian Sub battle between Aquaman and Black Manta! I did an initial block-out in sketchup for approval, and then delivered a solids model in Rhino to the Props Manufacture department. The prop makers did a phenomenal job bringing this one to life, with a hero version and multiple stunt casts made for the sequence, each with exquisite detail and weathering finishes.

This was a fantastic project to be working on, and I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with and meeting many artists in the art dept that expanded my knowledge and greatly influenced my design process.
